  • Jeff Thompson is the founding director of Baltimore’s 10:12 Sports, and previously founded both T48 Fitness and Urban Promise Academy (DE), where he also taught. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where he was a Division 1 football player and excelled in academics. Since moving to Baltimore in 2012, Jeff has been heavily involved in using sports and fitness to help shape and empower young men, while teaching them about the love of Christ.

    Jeff currently lives with his lovely wife and four beautiful children in West Baltimore. He and his family have chosen to intentionally live in the neighborhoods of the youth that they serve. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys: fishing, weightlifting, playing sports, and going to outdoor concerts.

  • Herbie Brown has been heavily involved in youth sports for over five years. He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College, where he was a Division 3 basketball player. He excelled on the court which led to opportunities playing professional basketball, and coaching basketball camps in over six countries. He also was heavily involved in the development of the program Global Squad which is the premier program for high school athletes seeking NCAA exposure.

    Herbie is excited to empower young men and share his love for Christ with others. Herbie enjoys: playing basketball, watching sports, bowling, and spending time with his family.

  • Isaiah Addison was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from Saint Frances Academy, where he has won 3 state and 3 national championships.

    He has been a part of 10:12 sports for 6 years now. Playing on the Steelers team where he also won 3 community bowls. After growing out the role of being a player, Isaiah wanted to expand his role within 10:12 Sports. With a lot of hope and hard work, he was able to reach the position of Head Coach. He now takes the lead of Head Coach of the Dolphins while being an intern. Isaiah is excited to expand his network and help build his faith with in God while sharing his experiences and discipline with each of his players on and off the field.

Isaiah Addison

  • Ashley Hickson is from Chicago, IL and went to school at Clark Atlanta University and Georgia State University! She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelors in Human Learning and Development and moved to Denver, Colorado to start her teaching career, coach competitive gymnastics and help mentor teens in her Church Teen Ministry at the Denver Church of Christ! While in College she ran Track and Field, Cheered on a Co-Ed Cheer Squad and helped lead women’s bible studies in her college Campus Ministry! In May of 2021 she moved to Baltimore with her Husband and in May of 2022 they had their first child. She is very excited to help Baltimore’s youth and see how God will bless the mission of 10:12 Sports!

  • As the video intern for 10:12 Sports, Tabrian wants to have fun with media production, while learning more about it and improving his style and the amount of videos he produces. Tabrian was born and raised in Sandtown and graduated from Mervo in 2021.

  • Jerita Mitchell was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and has been involved in sports-based youth development programs in several capacities over the last 7 years, focusing primarily on program management for the last 5 years. Jerita holds a Masters of Science in Kinesiology and a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Southeastern Louisiana University. In her spare time she enjoys: running, weightlifting, skating, and spending time with her loved ones.


    Jerita is excited to continue to utilize sport as a vehicle to empower youth while also sharing how her walk with Christ has increased her faith and encouraged her to walk boldly in who and where God has called her to be. She is excited to marry her worlds of mentorship, sport, and faith to help push forward the vision within the 10:12 community.

  • Monique N. Marshall, MPA was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, where she has dedicated the past 9 years to serving communities throughout the city, as well as Central and Western Maryland. With a passion for social change and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community, Monique has successfully led community based organizations, government agencies, and nonprofit’s in delivering mission impact.

    Monique has a strong background in business development, with 15+ years of experience working in various capacities within the corporate, local government, and non-profit sector. This includes roles in program management, fundraising, strategic planning, and community outreach.

    She has successfully implemented various programs and initiatives to address the needs of the community, while also ensuring the long-term sustainability of partnering organizations.

    In addition to her professional achievements, Monique is actively involved in the non-profit community, serving on the executive boards of Greater Mondawmin Coordinating Council and Reveille Grounds; organizations that are committed to fostering collaboration and partnerships to maximize the impact of the communities that they serve as a whole.

    Monique holds a Master’s of Public Administration (Public Policy) Degree and a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree (Concentrating on Business Management, Corporate Communications, and English) from the University of Baltimore. She is also proud to represent her HBCU, the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where she spent her first three years of undergrad.

    Monique has demonstrated a work ethic that is founded on personal initiative and dedication to the families of Baltimore, and Maryland at large. She is also the Founder and CEO of GRIT.co, a Consultancy Agency and Retail Brand that builds small business and non-profit infrastructure, while giving back to the community.

    Monique is a devoted wife, mother of four boys, and an American Bully named Bella. She also served faithfully as Youth Director and Executive Minister at the Southern Baptist Church in East Baltimore.

  • Samantha Naya was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. As an adolescent, she relocated to Maryland where she attended the University of Maryland, College Park, and graduated with a Bachelor's in Behavioral and Community Health. As a recent graduate, she has dedicated her time to Community Engagement within the non-profit sector by working with vulnerable populations such as low-income and refugee youth. As a Volunteer empowerment VISTA here at 10:12 Sports, Samantha is ecstatic to engage with Baltimore Youth and expand community capacity while leveraging its talents.
