Operations Manager
Strengthen the Systems That Sustain the Mission
You wake up each morning knowing your work matters. Not just because tasks get completed, but because strong systems create space for transformation, on and off the field.
At 10:12 Sports, we are a Christ-centered sports ministry investing in the lives of young men in Baltimore City. As our Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in strengthening and systematizing our internal operations so our staff can lead with clarity, accountability, and excellence as we grow.
Your role lives at the intersection of structure and stewardship. You will translate vision into workflows, ensure accountability across teams, and build the systems that allow programs to flourish. Some days you’ll refine a process or improve a dashboard. Other days you’ll be leading a staff meeting or addressing a performance gap. In every moment, you’ll model integrity, consistency, and servant leadership.
This role is about execution and clarity. You will bring order where there is friction, accountability where there is drift, and structure that frees our Executive Director to focus on vision, fundraising, and strategic leadership.
If you thrive on building systems, improving performance, and helping teams operate at a higher level, we’d be honored to have you step into this story with us.
