10:12 Sports is seeking a young adult who wants to invest deeply in the lives of young people in Baltimore City while growing as a coach, mentor, servant leader, and professional. Through our partnership with Coach Across America and AmeriCorps, this year-long service opportunity combines hands-on sports coaching, mentoring, youth leadership development, workforce development, program growth, professional training, and meaningful community service.

Schedule: Weekly Bible study + Teen Night participation (2 Evenings/Wk)

This position is for a mission-focused, process-minded, and culturally-sensitive leader with a gift for improving an organizational structure and team culture. The Operations Manager supports the Executive Director by providing leadership to 10:12’s overall ministry, managing internal operations, and helping staff deliver measurable results. The Operations Manager must possess the ability to construct an efficient workflow and enable staff to perform up to expectations.

In partnership with the Program Manager and Executive Director, the Summer Intern is responsible for utilizing their gifts to assist in ensuring a high-quality mentoring and Summer program leading to: participant development, retention, engagement, as well as increased organizational capacity. While there is a focus on Summer program operations this role entails a heavy emphasis on discipleship and the ability to flourish in relationship building, embodying many aspects of urban missions.
The Intern will be joining a small but mighty team, and therefore (as indicated below) is expected to step into a diverse set of responsibilities. HOUSING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS INTERNSHIP ALONG WITH A STIPEND.
