In partnership with the Program Manager and Executive Director, the Summer Intern is responsible for utilizing their gifts to assist in ensuring a high-quality mentoring and Summer program leading to: participant development, retention, engagement, as well as increased organizational capacity. While there is a focus on Summer program operations this role entails a heavy emphasis on discipleship and the ability to flourish in relationship building, embodying many aspects of urban missions.
The Intern will be joining a small but mighty team, and therefore (as indicated below) is expected to step into a diverse set of responsibilities. HOUSING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS INTERNSHIP ALONG WITH A STIPEND.

In partnership with the Sports Ministry Coordinator, the year–long Intern is responsible for assisting in ensuring a high–quality mentoring program leading to participant development, retention, and engagement. Room and board will be provided for this internship, along with a small stipend.
