Job Training Coordinator
In partnership with the Program Manager, the Job Training Coordinator is responsible for various programming aspects within the organization such as: workforce training, post-graduate mentoring, employment placement, and job readiness. The expectation is that these areas are managed with excellence and consistency. While there is a focus on these workforce-related tasks, the Job Training Coordinator will be joining a small but mighty team, and therefore (as indicated below) is expected to step into a diverse set of responsibilities. Knowing that all ministry flows from relationships, connections built in the greater 10:12 community are essential to the work.

Mentor Coordinator
The Mentor Coordinator is responsible for ensuring 10:12 Sports discipleship strategies are implemented with excellence and consistency. Although there is a concentrated focus on equipping mentors, the Mentor Coordinator will help to shape the overall discipleship climate at 10:12. This role entails a heavy emphasis on discipleship and the ability to flourish in relationship building, embodying many aspects of Urban Missions. The Mentoring Coordinator will be joining a small but mighty team, and therefore is expected to step into a diverse set of responsibilities.

Summer Intern
In partnership with the Program Manager and Executive Director, the Summer Intern is responsible for utilizing their gifts to assist in ensuring a high-quality mentoring and Summer program leading to: participant development, retention, engagement, as well as increased organizational capacity. While there is a focus on Summer program operations this role entails a heavy emphasis on discipleship and the ability to flourish in relationship building, embodying many aspects of urban missions.
The Intern will be joining a small but mighty team, and therefore (as indicated below) is expected to step into a diverse set of responsibilities. HOUSING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS INTERNSHIP ALONG WITH A STIPEND. -
Intern (Year-Long)
In partnership with the Sports Ministry Coordinator, the year–long Intern is responsible for assisting in ensuring a high–quality mentoring program leading to participant development, retention, and engagement. While there is a focus on program operations, this role heavily emphasizes discipleship and the ability to flourish in relationship building, embodying many aspects of urban missions. The Intern will be joining a small but mighty team, and therefore (as indicated below) is expected to step into a diverse set of responsibilities. Housing will be provided for this internship, along with a small stipend.
