Jeff Thompson is the founding director of Baltimore’s 10:12 Sports, and previously founded both T48 Fitness and Urban Promise Academy (DE), where he also taught. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where he was a Division 1 football player and excelled in academics. Since moving to Baltimore in 2012, Jeff has been heavily involved in using sports and fitness to help shape and empower young men, while teaching them about the love of Christ.
Jeff currently lives with his lovely wife and four beautiful children in West Baltimore. He and his family have chosen to intentionally live in the neighborhoods of the youth that they serve. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys: fishing, weightlifting, playing sports, and going to outdoor concerts.

Kayla Leslie

Kayla Leslie is from Randallstown, Maryland, and graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a degree in Crisis Management. She started her career as a research intern at a local nonprofit where she developed a heart for serving others. Kayla then spent several years working for the Department of Defense in finance and contract management.
After some time in government, Kayla felt God calling her back to the nonprofit world, which led her to 10:12 Sports. Having familial roots in Baltimore City, she has a personal passion for seeing young people in Baltimore have opportunities to grow, discover their God-given talents, and develop a relationship with Jesus.
Kayla married her husband, Frank, in September 2026, and they are proud dog parents to Callie and Chai. She is excited to bring her experiences and perspective to 10:12 Sports and see how God uses this ministry to make an impact in the lives of Baltimore’s youth!

Herbie Brown has been heavily involved in youth sports for over five years. He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College, where he was a Division 3 basketball player. He excelled on the court which led to opportunities playing professional basketball, and coaching basketball camps in over six countries. He also was heavily involved in the development of the program Global Squad which is the premier program for high school athletes seeking NCAA exposure.
Herbie is excited to empower young men and share his love for Christ with others. Herbie enjoys: playing basketball, watching sports, bowling, and spending time with his family.

As the 10:12 Sports photographer/videographer, I love capturing moments in time that people can look back on and enjoy. I also love learning more about my field of work and improving and looking back on where I started and how much I continue to get better. I was born and raised here in Baltimore and graduated from Edmondson Westside high school in 2021.

As the video intern for 10:12 Sports, Tabrian wants to have fun with media production, while learning more about it and improving his style and the amount of videos he produces. Tabrian was born and raised in Sandtown and graduated from Mervo in 2021.

Samantha Naya

Samantha Naya was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya, where she developed a passion for community service and social justice. As an adolescent, she relocated to Maryland, attended the University of Maryland, College Park, and graduated with a Bachelors in Behavioral and Community Health. As a young professional, she has dedicated herself to community engagement within the nonprofit sector, serving on the board of Coach Across America and working with vulnerable populations such as low-income and refugee youth. In her role as the Development Coordinator at 10:12 Sports, Samantha is thrilled to empower the youth of Baltimore and expand community capacity while leveraging their talents.

Francine Taylor

Francine Taylor was born and raised in Boston Massachusetts.
Single “Boy Mom” & “Sports Mom” of two wonderful Sons. She spent a lot of days and weekends on the football field and basketball court with her oldest son. Always with help from her Village and Community whether in Boston or Maryland. With my youngest son being diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum at an early age, it put a fire inside of her to be a voice for the voiceless. All roads have not been easy but with the Love of Christ and a strong Christian foundation she has been able to build her Administrative Assistant skills over the past 20+ years through corporate companies and small businesses.
Fast forward, since relocating back to Maryland recently she has been blessed to be a part of 10:12 Sports as the Administrative Assistant. She looks forward to working with the youth of Baltimore and the community and being a part of the 10:12 Sports Mission.

Reggie has been joyfully married to Vicki Nious for 23 years, and together they are raising two incredible kids, Justice and Reina. His life’s calling is simple: to help others discover their God-given purpose and walk in it with hope and dignity.
