Administrative Assistant (PT)
Description goIn partnership with the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for various aspects within the organization that help it to run as efficiently as possible. In addition to typical administrative duties the AA will also assist with church relations and volunteer coordination. The expectation is that these areas are managed with excellence and consistency. While there is a focus on these administrative-related tasks, the Administrative Assistant will be joining a small but mighty team, and therefore (as indicated below) is expected to step into a diverse set of responsibilities. Job Training Coordinator
In partnership with the Program Manager, the Job Training Coordinator is responsible for various programming aspects within the organization such as: workforce training, post-graduate mentoring, employment placement, and job readiness. The expectation is that these areas are managed with excellence and consistency. While there is a focus on these workforce-related tasks, the Job Training Coordinator will be joining a small but mighty team, and therefore (as indicated below) is expected to step into a diverse set of responsibilities. Summer Intern
In partnership with the Program Manager and Executive Director, the Summer Intern is responsible for utilizing their gifts to assist in ensuring a high-quality mentoring and Summer program leading to: participant development, retention, engagement, as well as increased organizational capacity. While there is a focus on Summer program operations this role entails a heavy emphasis on discipleship and the ability to flourish in relationship building, embodying many aspects of urban missions.
The Intern will be joining a small but mighty team, and therefore (as indicated below) is expected to step into a diverse set of responsibilities. HOUSING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS INTERNSHIP ALONG WITH A STIPEND. -
Year-Long Intern
In partnership with the Sports Ministry Coordinator, the year–long Intern is responsible for assisting in ensuring a high–quality mentoring program leading to participant development, retention, and engagement. While there is a focus on program operations, this role heavily emphasizes discipleship and the ability to flourish in relationship building, embodying many aspects of urban missions. The Intern will be joining a small but mighty team, and therefore (as indicated below) is expected to step into a diverse set of responsibilities. Room and board will be provided for this internship, along with a small stipend.
